Photo /Video Consent

I, hereby grant permission to Africentric Arts, its employees, partners, representatives, and agents to take photographs and videos of me/my child during this Summer Camp 2024. I understand that these photographs and/or videos may be used for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes, including but not limited to, social media, websites, brochures, posters, and other promotional materials. I hereby release and discharge Africentric Fashion, RCCG Wonderland Parish, and their respective representatives from any and all claims, actions, and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of said photographs/videos, including, without limitation, any and all claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy. I have read and understood the terms of this agreement and willingly agree to its terms. (You have the option to opt out of having your kids photographed. This decision will not affect their participation in any way.)
